2. Use of the Website

Our website is intended for product information and online purchases by individuals, companies and sole proprietors.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The display of products on the website does not constitute automatic acceptance of an order, but rather an invitation for the customer to place an order. A sales contract is considered concluded when Coning d.o.o. confirms acceptance of the order.

In the event of an obvious error in price, description or product availability, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order, with timely notice to the customer.

4. Payment Methods

Payment for ordered products may be made using the options displayed on the website at the time of purchase, including, subject to availability:

• payment cards;
• cash on delivery;
• bank transfer / e-banking.

Coning d.o.o. reserves the right to change the available payment methods without prior notice.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer when placing the order, or in accordance with the selected delivery method.

Delivery costs are shown to the customer before final confirmation of the order and may depend on the delivery address, product type, quantity, weight and chosen delivery method.

Estimated delivery times depend on product availability, delivery location and operational conditions. In case of delay or extraordinary circumstances, the customer will be informed within a reasonable time.

6. Complaints and Returns

Customers are entitled to submit complaints in accordance with the applicable laws of Montenegro.

If a product has a defect, damage, or is not in conformity with the contract, the customer may submit a complaint via kontakt@coning.me or by phone at +382 31 348 281, with a description of the issue and, if possible, the order number and product photos.

For individuals purchasing remotely, the right to withdraw from the contract within the legally prescribed period may apply, except where legal exceptions exist.

Returned products should be sent back in a condition that allows verification of their condition and the grounds for the request, together with the original documentation where possible.

Return costs, as well as any potential costs of re-delivery or replacement, depend on the legal basis of the return or complaint and the applicable regulations.

7. Liability

Coning d.o.o. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the website will operate without interruption or technical errors, but we take reasonable measures to ensure its functionality, security and the accuracy of published information.
